Think of something that has been difficult for you to deal with over the course of last week or so.

Step 2

In what way is it connected with communication?

Perhaps you struggle with stress levels when trying to meet the deadlines at work, or with a family member who doesn’t seem to want to cooperate.

Whatever the problem is – notice that you are most likely to blame something or someone. Instead, try to see it as broken flow of communication – rather than finding fault in the other person, oneself or the world.

Step 3

Try to IMAGINE how the situation would change if communication were to flow harmoniously.
